Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where access to leveraged foreign exchange trading or trading-related software is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States of America (for retail participants without appropriate regulatory exemptions). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

PrecisionFX provides a subscription-based platform that delivers Expert Advisor (“EA”) trade signal feeds designed for use with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms. The Service includes:

• Access to live and historical EA performance statistics.
• EA configuration files and setup documentation.
• Connection credentials for copying signals into your supported broker account.
• A member dashboard for managing subscriptions and monitoring performance.

PrecisionFX does not manage client funds, hold assets, or execute trades on your behalf. All trades are executed locally within your own broker account under your sole direction. We are not a financial advisor, portfolio manager, or investment manager.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Plans

Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles as described on our Pricing page. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3.2 Billing

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your nominated payment method on the renewal date. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

3.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. If you have accessed the Service for fewer than 7 days and are unsatisfied, contact support@precisionfx.com for a full refund. Subsequent subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials or EA configuration files to third parties.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any EA or software we provide.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, market manipulation, or fraud.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Circumvent any technical measures we implement to protect the Service.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, EA software, algorithms, data, designs, and documentation provided through the Service are the exclusive property of PrecisionFX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal trading purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal feed will achieve positive results. Past performance of any EA is not indicative of future results. Trading forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk; please read our Risk Disclosure before using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrecisionFX and its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Trading losses incurred through use of our EAs or signals.
• Service outages, data inaccuracies, or delayed signals.
• Actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, or for any reason with 14 days' notice. Upon termination you must cease using any EA files or credentials provided to you.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
