Do you hold my funds?
No. Your money stays in your own broker account at all times. We have no access to your balance and cannot move or withdraw funds.
What credentials do you need?
To set up copy trading, we need your MT4/MT5 broker login and master password. These are stored encrypted on PrecisionFX’s own servers and used exclusively to connect a dedicated terminal to your account. Your credentials are never transmitted to any third-party cloud service. This does not give PrecisionFX the ability to withdraw money from your broker account.
Can I stop copying at any time?
Yes. You can pause or disconnect copying from the dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing. Any open positions remain in your broker account unless you close them yourself.
Can I keep my existing broker?
Currently PrecisionFX supports Fusion Markets MT4/MT5 accounts. If you already have an account there, simply connect it. If not, opening one is free and takes under five minutes.
What drawdown controls are in place?
You can set your own maximum drawdown threshold in the dashboard. If your account drawdown reaches that level, copying pauses automatically. I also manually pause before high-impact news events.
