Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out your rights when purchasing a subscription to PrecisionFX (“we”, “us”, “our”) and how to cancel or request a refund. It supplements and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until that date and are not charged for any subsequent period.
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription, or email support@precisionfx.io and we will action the cancellation within one business day.
There are no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment beyond the current billing cycle.
2. Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Consumers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 dayswithout giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”).
Waiver of cooling-off right for digital content. When you activate a paid subscription you expressly request immediate supply of digital content. By proceeding you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully performed or supply has begun during the 14-day period, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If supply has not yet begun, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days by contacting us at support@precisionfx.io. We will process any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law (including the statutory cooling-off right described above) or at our sole discretion, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- A billing error has occurred (e.g. you were charged incorrectly or twice).
- The Service experienced a material, documented outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period and we were unable to provide a remedy.
- You have contacted us within 7 days of your first payment and have not meaningfully used the Service.
To request a refund, email support@precisionfx.io with your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Plan Changes & Upgrades
If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, the price difference is charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
