Dashboard Guide

The Overview page is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a snapshot of your account at a glance.

Setup checklist

Until you complete all three onboarding steps, a checklist is shown at the top of the page. Each step links directly to the relevant page:

The checklist disappears once all three steps show a tick.

KPI cards

Four summary stats update in real time:

• Active EAs — how many EAs are currently copying into at least one account
• Connected Accounts — MT4/MT5 accounts with an active copy connection
• Total Copies — lifetime count of trades copied across all accounts
• Net P&L — cumulative profit/loss including commission and swap

Recent trade feed

The last 20 trades copied across all your accounts. Shows symbol, EA, direction (BUY/SELL), volume, net P&L (colour-coded green/red), and how long ago the trade closed.

EA performance cards

One card per live EA showing real-time stats polled every 30 seconds: equity, total gain %, monthly return %, win rate, max drawdown, profit factor, active trades, and Sharpe ratio. Each card links to the EA’s public performance page.

The main control centre for managing which EAs copy into which broker accounts. Each live EA appears as its own card with per-account controls.

EA card

Each card shows the EA name, badge, and a live stats ticker updated every 30 seconds (equity, monthly return, win rate, drawdown).

Below the header, every connected broker account appears as a row. Each row shows the account name, broker, platform (MT4/MT5), balance, equity, and current copy status.

Starting and stopping copying

Use the toggle button on an account row to start or stop copying for that specific account and EA combination. Use the Start All / Stop All button on the EA card header to toggle all accounts simultaneously.

Status indicators

Click the gear icon on any account row in Copy Trading to open the Copy Settings dialog. Settings here are per account — you can have different settings on each connected broker account.

Lot multiplier (per EA)

Scales the copied lot size relative to the master account. There is one multiplier per live EA, so you can size each EA differently on the same account.

Valid range: 0.01 – 100.

Symbol suffix

Some brokers append a suffix to instrument names (e.g. some brokers use a custom suffix, so XAUUSD becomes XAUUSD+). The suffix must match your broker exactly for the copy engine to map trades correctly.

Advanced settings

Click Advanced Settings to expand three additional controls. This section auto-expands if any advanced setting is already enabled on the account.

Manage all connected MT4/MT5 broker accounts. Each account card shows connection status, balance, equity, leverage, last sync time, and per-account settings.

Connecting a new account

Click Connect Account and fill in the form:

After submission, our copy engine provisions the connection on our servers. A spinner shows while this runs — typically under 60 seconds. The account goes green once confirmed.

Inline edits

Click the pencil icon next to any of these fields to edit it inline:

• Account name — your display label
• Symbol suffix — broker symbol notation
• Reference — internal free-text note

Click the tick to save or × to cancel. Changes save immediately via the API.

Billing controls

• Monthly / Yearly toggle — switch billing period. Annual billing saves ~20%.
• Upgrade / Downgrade — select a different tier and confirm via Stripe Checkout.
• Manage Subscription — opens the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel.

Password

If you signed up via Google or another OAuth provider, you may not have a password set. You can add one here to enable password sign-in alongside OAuth.

Password strength is scored in real time as you type (Weak → Fair → Strong) based on length, uppercase, lowercase, digits, and special characters. Minimum length is 8 characters.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

PrecisionFX uses TOTP (time-based one-time passwords) — compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, and any RFC 6238 app.

1. Click Set up 2FA.
2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the secret key manually.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm setup.
4. 2FA is now required at every sign-in after password entry.

Active sessions

Lists every device that currently has an active session. The current device is marked with an Active badge. Click Revoke all other sessions to sign out all other devices (requires confirmation).

Choose between two themes — both use the same gold accent colour:

Selection applies immediately and persists across sessions. No save button required.

Every subscriber gets a unique referral code. Share your referral link and earn 20% commissionon your referrals’ subscription revenue — for the lifetime of their account.
